These terms explain how the Top Cricket Betting ID desk works and what we expect from you. By using this website or messaging the desk, you accept them. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, ask on WhatsApp or at hi@topcricketbettingid.com before you go ahead.
Who we are
An independent ID desk serving adults in India. We set up IDs on betting platforms and look after the account on WhatsApp. The platform is a separate business: it sets the markets, prices and results, not us.
Who can use the service
- You must be 18 or older.
- Betting must be allowed where you live. Laws differ from state to state and change over time, and checking the rule that applies to you is your responsibility.
- The ID must be in your own name, backed by your own documents.
KYC
No ID is set up without KYC. We may ask for a clearer document, or decline to set up an ID, if details don't match or something looks wrong. Giving false documents ends the service.
Your ID and password
Your ID is personal. Change the temporary password at first login, keep it to yourself and don't share, rent or sell the ID. Activity on your ID is treated as yours. If you think someone else has access, tell us on your thread straight away.
Deposits and withdrawals
- Pay only to details sent on your own WhatsApp thread. We are not responsible for money sent to details from any other source, even one using our name.
- Send the payment reference (UTR) after each deposit, so it can be matched to your ID.
- Withdrawals go only to an account in the same name as the ID. We may ask for proof before releasing one where something doesn't match.
- Any charge that applies to your ID is told to you on chat before you pay.
Betting on the platform
Bets are placed, matched and settled under the platform's own rules, including rules on cancelled matches, void markets and obvious pricing errors. We don't control results, odds or settlement, and we can't reverse a bet you placed.
No advice, no promises
We don't give tips or predictions, and nothing on this site or in our chats is a promise of winnings. Information here is general, can change, and is not legal or financial advice.
Breaks, closure and suspension
You can pause or close your ID at any time with a message on your thread. We may suspend or close an ID for under-age use, false KYC, payment fraud or chargebacks, sharing or selling the ID, or abuse of the desk. Any balance you are owed is settled through the normal withdrawal process, unless the law requires otherwise.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from your betting decisions, platform downtime, or payments made outside your own thread. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date on this page shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
