Short version: this website collects almost nothing about you. The personal information we do hold, mainly your KYC document and payment references, comes from what you send us on WhatsApp, and we use it only to run your ID. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who this policy covers
It covers topcricketbettingid.com and the WhatsApp ID desk you reach from it. Both are run by the desk team behind Top Cricket Betting ID, which works independently of any betting platform. Questions about this policy go to hi@topcricketbettingid.com.
What the website collects
- No forms. There are no accounts, sign-up forms, comment boxes or upload fields on this site.
- No trackers. We don't run advertising or analytics trackers, and the site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
- Standard technical data. Our hosting and security provider processes the basics of every visit, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver pages and block attacks.
- WhatsApp buttons. A button takes you through a short link on our own domain and on to WhatsApp. That link asks you for nothing.
What you share on WhatsApp, and why

Messages travel through WhatsApp, so WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to them as well.
Who we share it with
Only with those needed to run your ID: the platform where your ID is set up, to the extent it needs to know you, and the payment services that move your money. Nobody else. Your details are never sold, never posted anywhere, and never passed to anyone who markets things. If an Indian authority makes a lawful request, we follow the law.
How long we keep it
While your ID is open, and afterwards only for as long as we need to settle accounts, deal with any dispute or meet a legal duty. After that it is deleted.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it when you close your ID, subject to the records we must keep, as above.
- Stop at any point during KYC. Without KYC no ID is set up, and nothing further is asked of you.

Under-18s
The service is for adults only. If we find we have received information from someone under 18, we don't set up an ID and we delete what we were sent.
Keeping it safe
KYC is collected only on your own WhatsApp thread, never through web forms or third-party links. We will never ask for your password, an OTP, your UPI PIN or your card CVV, and anyone who does is not us.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date shown on it. Complaints or concerns about how your data is handled can be sent to hi@topcricketbettingid.com. The rules of the service itself are in our terms.
