The quickest way to reach the desk is WhatsApp: tap the button below and the chat opens. We don't print a phone number anywhere on this site. That's on purpose. Printed numbers get copied onto fake pages, while the button always points to the right chat.
For anything that isn't urgent, such as a correction to a page, a privacy request or a complaint, write to hi@topcricketbettingid.com. Account matters (passwords, balances, KYC, payments) are handled only on your own WhatsApp thread, never by email, so that everything about your money stays in one record.
What to put in your first message
- New ID: your state, and what you want to play: cricket only, other sports, or casino too.
- Existing ID: your username and the problem in one line. For a money question, add the UTR of the payment.
- Break or closure: just say so. You don't need to give a reason.
- Spotted a fake: send the link, or the number that claimed to be us, so we can warn other players.
How to write to us
Write the way you'd normally text: Hinglish, Hindi or English. Short messages are fine. Please don't send KYC documents by email; they belong on your WhatsApp thread, where the desk asks for them.
What we will never ask for
Your password, any OTP, your UPI PIN, your card CVV, or remote access to your phone. Not on WhatsApp, not by email, not by call. If someone using our name asks for any of these, it isn't us. Stop, and tell us.
Corrections and complaints
If a page on this site says something that is wrong, out of date or unclear, email us with the page address and what needs fixing. We check it and update the page, and the date on the page changes when we do. If you have a complaint about how the desk handled your ID, put it on your WhatsApp thread first, since that is where the full history of your account sits. If you'd rather keep a separate written record, email the same complaint as well and mention your username, never your password.
Replies
Messages are answered in the order they arrive. We don't advertise reply times we can't keep. If a money request is taking longer than the time you were given on chat, say so on the same thread, so it's on record and gets looked at first.
